Welcome to our new and improved website. Hopefully you’ll agree it’s looking pretty snazzy. Most importantly, we’ve also been bringing our content up-to-date, not least the inclusion of beavers as a European Protected Species in Scotland, and some shiny new faces have joined our team in the last year.
In late 2013, Direct Ecology were very excited to discover the first confirmed roost in Scotland for this species. The roost was found by our ecologists whilst undertaking building surveys for the Forestry Commission near Newton Stewart.
